What To Do For The Pain Before The Periods?

Every month for the last two years i have experienced different kinds of pain before the onset of my period.This month the pain was on my back shoulder blade area feels like a horrible pinched nerve that radiates to my face/sometimes feeling numb. My family massaged it, i took Ibprofen 800 and applied a heating pad nothing took the pain away.

I am 51 any suggestions. Other times the pain is in my neck, groin area
