What To Do For The Pain In The Leg?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...

My husband is a mail carrier. He has been experiencing extreme fatigue. He will come home at night and sleep for 2 or 3 hours and then sleep all night. He went into the doctors and they did bloodwork and it came back ok. Tonight he came home and said that his upper leg joints both ached to the point he thought he was going to have to leave work. He is home and is still having aching (on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being worse he says his aching is a 7) . The pain is radiating from the upper leg joint down to the knee. Just wondering what it could be. He was told he has the beginnings of osteoarthritis on his spine 5 or 6 years ago but had it checked about 1 year ago and they said it hadn't advanced at all.
