Hi, i am 20 and i had a central disc herniation three years ago, after going through therapy for three years i have always felt this weakness from my l-1 l-2 where i had the surgury. The pain in awful it is like my legs are on fire and im having these spasms and nerve damage. Two days ago i got a x ray on my l1 l2 and my doctor diagnosed me with Wedge Compression Fractures in my l1-, l-2, A lot of bone spurs and the disc on the right he described has a "kink" in right causing nerve collapse. I also have 20% compression in my l-1, l-2, i am freaking out and i know i have slight paralysis feeeling in my leg i cannot describe, i have a CT scan this week. Can this cause any further complications such as tumors or more pain. I do yoga but its never enough. Pls help. thanks!
