What To Do For The Problem In The Fallopian Tube?

hello doctor...
we are childless couple, my age is 35 n husband age is 40 now. i was sick when i was in 30 years old lady presented to a private hospital with a history of fever n muscle weakness,i was provisionally diagnosed as having polymyositis and was treated with steriods and immumoglobulins.Subsequeantly,patiend worsend with hypotension ansarca and breathlessness and hence shifted to ICU and was treated with ionotropes and vintilatory support.she was thentranfered to Sri.Ramachandra medical college and Research INSTITURE for further management. In the hospital,she was put on vintilatory support.she was worked up for polymycosities and connective tissue disorder which ere negative.Consultations were sought from neurologist,pulmonologist,infectious desease specialist and physician.She was tested positime PCR for tuberculosis(blood) and for leptospirosis.As the chest X.ray showed bilateral oacities and PCR for blood was positive for TB,she started on ATT.She was also put on penicilin forleptospirosis.She was treated with appropriate antibiotics for puenmonia.Nerological evaluatins was inconclusive.She was slowed taperd off her steriods.She was also emperically treated with antifungal therapy.A trial of weaning off frm ventilator failed and hence due to her prolonged need for ventilatory support she was tracheostomized on 13.11.04. After tracheostomy over a period of 5 days, she was weaned off from ventilator and she was further observed in the ICU for 3 days and later was tranferred to the ward.She progresstively got better and her muscle power improved and she was able to walk with minimal support.She was decannulated off the trachostomy tube on 24.11.04.She was further observed for a period of 6 days and was doing well with ATT physicotherapy and breathing esercise.She was discharged on 29.11.04 At the time discharge she was comforable.
now i have problem in follopian tube in right side.IUI failed 4 times and i am having chest tiny centrilobular nodules and linear branching tree in bug opacties are seen involing the both upper and lower lobes and the right middle lobe. extensive thick waled cystic bronchietctasis is noted in the right middle and the left lower lobes . muultiple enlarged lymph nodes are sen in the chest and abdomen. The trachea is centra no pleural pathology is seen this the ct scan we have taken recently.
