sudden sore throat woke up in middle of the night to ,hard to eat and swollow ,now a ear ache,headache on same side of ear ache, been having at night feeling of very hot and sweating(even if drink water have the same feeling) for a couple of weeks, also late mens

As per your query you have symptoms of sore throat and ear ache and headache which seems to be due to upper respiratory tract infection and spread of infection from respiratory tract to eustachian tube leading to eustachian tube dysfunction. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should go for throat swab test and get blood tests done and start treatment after proper diagnosis. You should get otoscopic examination done. You should do warm saline gargles. You should take steam inhalation. You should take anti-allergic medication such as Levocetirizine. Take proper course of antibiotic along with mucolytic agents. You should avoid intake of outside food and avoid cold carbonated beverages.
