What To Do For The Spots On The Vulva?

this is so embarrasing...when i was ten i used my mums sex toy, i wasnt really sure what it was and didnt properly understand.. im 14 now and i have smalllittle spots on the vulva? i think.... i thought it might be warts, or goosebumps or im not sure once.. but im really embarrased about it and scared its something really bad...there like little cysts... please tell me what to do, how to get treated, where to go but i cant tell anyone...
