Hello
It seems from the history that you are having swelling and black eye. Black eye is because of collection of blood in the layers of the skin of eyelids.
The treatment is by use of antiinflammatory drugs and cold compression.
Since you are having numbness of teeth injury to the nerves need to be ruled out.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for investigations to rule out nerve injury and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
