What To Do For The Swelling In Penis?

i was suffering pain and swalloing in semen carrier ven connected to left testis since two years. now problem is increased and whenever i go toilet it increases. what to do. i am taking ayurved medicine. and dr has diagonsed me epididymitis orchitis.
