What To Do For The Swelling In The Knee?

i went ice skating with some friends last night and i heard my right knee pop and it gave out like 3 or 4 times and it is also swollen 2 times the size of my fist and it hurts to even try and move it plus there is a line right through my knee i was wondering if this is a acl tear
