What To Do For Tongue Tingles And Ringing In Ears?
My tongue Tingles often, my jaw cracks & pops , I have dizzy spells. Also! I keep a cool sensation in my right ear along with constant ringing in my ears It s been going on for over a year now. I ve been diagnosed with major anxiety But what s going on with me?

As per your query you have ringing in ear that is tinnitus and tingling sensation on tongue . Well there cane be many reasons possible for the symptoms you mention in query . Reasons for tinnitus are stress and anxiety , temporomandibular koint disorder , blood flow alteration and wisdom tooth problem . But as per your query it seems to me that the probable reasons for tinnitus is stress and anxiety . Ass stress and anxiety leads to dry mouth , this dry mouth is responsible for tingling sensation . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis and to rule out condition like middle ear infection and nerve dysfunction which can cause tingling sensation in tongue . Doctor may prescribe supplement like ginko biloba for tinnitus . For now try to get rid of stress , do meditation and yoga and keep yourself hydrate by drinking lots of fluids like juices and water .
