Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,
It's good to hear that you are trying to help others to get rid of substance abuse.. And regarding your wife's problem, it's a type of nicotine dependence and definitely we can help her.. There are a couple of medications which can reduce her craving. It's better to visit a psychiatrist as early as possible. And she may also need psychotherapy to improve her motivation to quit this habit..
