Well, I ve been drinking a can of Pepsi and then I got super as bored so I decied to rip up the can..and then after the can was ripped up and I saw there was some Pepsi left so me being stuiped I drank it and then I felt something go in my throat and it tasted bad..like metal so I ran downstaris and drank a smoothie and I feel like it there still ..

Usually foreign bodies get stuck at the upper end of oesophagus i:e cricopharynx as this is the narrowest part of git. If it pass down the oesophagus then it will get excreted in faeces. As this is metallic, it can be easily detected in x ray neck and chest. In my opinion get an imaging done to know the exact situation. If it is impacted in oesophagus then it has to be removed endoscopically.... If not then mere observation is required....
