What To Do If Am Unable To Widely Open Mouth After Chewing Tobacco, Pan Containing Zarda?

Hello Doctor,
I use to chew tobacco and eating pan which contains 120 baba zarda tobacco.As now its one year i dont chew anymore, but my mouth is not opening wide.Please help me what medicine shall i use to widen my mouth.Thank you

Hi Dear
Welcome to the HCM
Please stop immediately chewing such zarda, tobacco etc.
Now you have started developing mucosal fibrosis means the initial stage of oral cancer.
If you stop taking these things the process may be reversed, other wise the future is quite bad for you.
Hope you will immmediately stop these things.
