What To Do If Having Nausea, Diarrhoea, Heart Racing Skin Burning, Headache, Hot Flashes And Allergic To Histamine?

Nausea, diarrhea, heart racing, skin all burning like fire, weight loss, 60 lbs since August. Headache, can t sleep. Can t take a hot bath or I get all flushes and sneezing, eyes watering, chest tight. Can t use anything that has histamine in it. Makes me worse. What could this be ? Allergy to a lot of medication that increase histamine.

As you have chronic allergy problem so i would suggest you following things:

> Take montelukast one daily for one month. Research has shown that it decreases the allergic symptoms considerably.

I would also suggest you to under go allergy testing at allergy clinic as you have chronic allergy problem. It will tell that you are allergic to what specific thing. The results will help an allergist to prescribe you immunotherapy to that specific allergen and it will improve the problem.
