Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Meth use associated with anxiety and increase blood pressure. Following are possible causes of numbness and twitching in leg, arm and fingers:
-Irregular blood supply due to meth use
-Damage to arteries due to meth.
-Anxiety and depression
-Poor nutrition and vitamin deficiency, which is common in depression and meth users.
-Combined effect of above factors.

For treatment start multivitamins, drink plenty of water and meet psychiatrist for treatment & de-addiction.

Wishing you good health and all the best.
