What To Do If Having Sleeping Problems, Paronoia, Nervousness, Anxiety At Night?
Never done this before. Lately I've been having problems sleeping, at night I'll feel very paranoid, nervous, anxious, and feel like I'm not all together mentally. I've also been having to pee a lot and having semi-regular diarrhea. It all started about a week ago when I got really dehydrated after getting sick, I had a very unhappy time and felt as if I was dieing, and it was hitting me hard mentally. I firgured out the problem and got better, but since then I've been having the problems and weird habits.
If you are getting better with each passing day since the time of episode of dehydration and stress, you may wait for a few more days. If you are not getting better with each day or actually feeling worse, you need to see a psychiatrist. She/he will evaluate you, may order a few blood tests to rule out some medical causes that may cause these symptoms, counsel you about your condition and if necessary prescribe you medications. Since a psychiatrist is medical doctor, she/he will be able to evaluate you properly for both psychological symptoms and medical problems that may be at the root of these symptoms. I hoe this answers your question.
