gud mrg sr.............mera age 28 yrs hai....2010 me mera thyriod dignosis huwa......last time i checked my thyriod report is as.TSH-1.782 ,PROLACTIN-14.46. My period is also irregular ,wen i take medicine then its o.k in that month,other wise its lapse. my last period date was 7th dec...i show my gyno.....for conciving.......she given some medicine in ovulution time for 10 days and given some instant injection of HCG10,000. but my period not come on 7th january.its cum with spotting on 29 th jan..tilll now. then i show to gyno.she soggest for sonography.........its result is my left overy is bulky in size ,it is in 32cc volume can u help me dr. wat is my problem

As per your symptoms and clinical findings, you could be suffering not only from thyroid but also other hormonal imbalances. Polycystic ovaries are an usual finding in such an instance. Please get evaluated completely before you go further with treatment for conception as positive results are unlikely without correct diagnosis. Maintain a healthy weight, regular exercise and a healthy diet. Please get regular monitoring and necessary medication. Hope this helps.
