Addiction Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

In my opinion, the swelling of jawline and blocking of nose and ears raises the possibility of a tumour. Please do not neglect this and consult a doctor, preferably an ENT specialist. You might be asked to go for some investigations to confirm the diagnosis. Please do not worry as most probably it will turn out to be a benign lesion.

Best wishes.
