What To Do If Needle Is Stuck In Between The Lower And Upper Leg Bones?

I bend down looking for a needle I had dropped. Unfortunately I landed on the needle with my bent knee. It has went all the way under the surface. It is stuck in void between the upper and lower leg bones. What should do? I don't want to straighten my leg out, as I am worried it might damage something.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
You certainly need not move . Call for a help.
Needs immediate x-rays in both the views and to find where the needle is. The needle needs to be removed as such foreign body are known to move around with movement.
Ask for an opinion of an Orthopedic surgeon's opinion and help to get the needle out .
