What To Do If Not Getting A Full Erection After TURP Surgery?

I had a turp Dec. 30th. About 6 weeks after surgery I was having a full erection although it took a long time to finish. Now I m having a hard time getting a full erection. I m lost on this. I m 58 years old and all the way up to surgery I had no problem getting a full erection. Should I go back and see the Urologist or my family doctor?
