What To Do To Get Periods?

i was prescribed to take Duphaston for a period of 5 days - 2 tablets a day as i have not had my periods for the last 4 months. i suffer from PCOD. it's now my 5th day after stopping the tablet but still no periods. how long do i need to wait before i go back and see my doctor? ...... thank you very much.
