What To Do To Increase Breast Milk?

Hi Dr.
initially when my naby was born 3 months ago i had good supply of breast milk then after 1 and half month i had cold and cough and suddenly my milk supply dropped and now it has completely stopped.i am giving my son Nestle nan pro 1. please suggest how to increase breast milk .also i used nipple shield to breast feed my child as i have flat nipples.

Hi,

Practically, the milk secretion is less post-C section. Take good diet. Get the baby closure to nipple number of times a day which stimulates the secretion. You may take asparagus, rice water, cumin, water chest nut etc., to enhance milk secretion. There are some medicines also but try these simple treatment.
