What To Do To Save Pregnancy With Low Amniotic Fluid?

My daughter is 14 weeks pregnant with her second child. She had an ultrasound today and there was no or low amniotic fluid. The doctor has recommended termination. The fetus has a strong heart beat and is obviously alive. Can anything be done to save this pregnancy?

Nothing can't be done to save this pregnancy.IF her fluid levels are almost nil at 14 weeks, fluid can't be increased. Without fluid in pregnancy chances of having malformation in limbs , problem in lung development plus chanses of other congenital malformation are high , so termination to be done.
