OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question. Haemoglobin level of 11.4 is normal in pregnancy.
Platelets normally decrease in count in pregnancy, but the cause needs to be iinvestigated if the count is less than one lac per ml.Hypertensive disorders and Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura are conditions in which the platelet count is low, apart from gestation thrombocytopenia.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly as soon as possible.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
