What To Do When You Felt That Brain Has Moved While Playing With Circuit?

It feels like my vision/brain shifted. It almost was like my brain moved to the left, and my whole world just shifted. While that happened, I heard a very fast, high pitched Whoosh noise. At the time I was playing with a circuit, and I touched water while holding a connected wire. I didn t feel a shock, and there s no evidence of a burn. Should I go to the ER?

You symptom is like you are feeling some psychological disturbance. you should consult the psychiatrist. because shifting of brain and vision is not in actual life is happening. this is all your feeling. there is surely some of the chemical problem in you.
