General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, it must be an extravasation of the medicine in the subcutaneous tissue. It should clear out in a few days with some warm compresses and anti-inflammatory medicines like Tab Diclofenac sodium if there is pain in the arm. Also, you should apply compression with a crepe bandage or a compressive dressing to help it dissolve. And please be careful next time. Take care,
Dr Rishi, India.
