What To Expect When The Cancer Is In Both The Lungs?

63 yaer old male lobectomy in 2/10 for squamous cell lung cancer. 5/11 CAT scan showed hilar nodule and subcranial lymph nodes,bronchial stent inserted,chemo and radiation for 6.5 wks.during this tine cancer is now in both lungs.11/11 went into heart failure and severe aortic stenosis. home on hospice now and has vision changes headaches unable to finish a sentance and dizziness and unsteady while walking.what to expect has time goes on

Cancer is in both lungs means he is suffering from stage 4 lung cancer.
The basic aim of treatment is palliation now and not cure.
I would advise basic supportive care for him at this stage.
