Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi there,

Thanks for your query.

Your problem is due to heat induced injury to stomach and lower end of food pipe, which will heal in a few days' time.

Take antacid gel 30ml four times daily for 3 days, along with an anti-acid drug such as, Lansoprazole or Rabeprazole for 2 weeks. You will be Ok.

If you find my response helpful and informative, do not forget an “excellent” (5-star rating) to my answer, to ENCOURAGE ALL doctors- engaged in social service- to render sound advice to the FREE queries.

Take care
