What Transdermal Buprenorphine Patch Dosage Would Equate To My Current Tramadol And Palexia Daily?

Dear addiction specialist, I am on 50 milligrams of tramadol and 150 to 200 mg of palexia each day. I am in Tasmania and they don t do suboxone treatment here. So I m thinking it might be better to go to transdermal buprenorphine and then come off that. What dosage patch do you think I should be on for the amount of opiate medication I am on? I am also taking benzodiazepines which I want to reduce after I have come off the opiates.
