halo dr. i have alow sperm count count-30 million active motile only 5%. i took many madicines like speman from himalaya. and some english madicine also for years, but no improvement. could you please advise. i am 43 years married for 7 years no child.

The motility is very low and the medicines you named are not effective. Please get a culture sensitivity of semen and doppler study of scrotum to see for varicocele.
