H welcome to HCM, Inducible ischemia on Tread mill testing warrants further work up in the form of angiography .Exercise induced blood flow reduction to heart is common in partial occlusion of the coronary vasculature.Depending on the angiogarphy results either medical management with antihypertensives and antiplatelets or interventional procedures like Stenting can lead to reslolution of blood flow to Heart.Tight control of blood sugar is neeeded to prevent ischemic states.Consult your cardiologist for further queries. Thank you
