What Treatment Is Recommended For This Liver Function Test Result?

Hi.I am Ali Raza 32 years old male from Pakistan, I had pre anal eczema and Doct gave me antibiotics twice a day apprx 1000 mg a day and anti fungal tab once a day for 30 days but my issue wasn t resolve so I moved to other doctor now I am taking fluconazole capsule 150 mg once in a week and cetrizine Dihydrochloride 10 mg twice in day. I just have my Liver function test where I found that my Billeubin 0.9 mg/ dl,Alt 115 ul,GGT 216,Alkatine phosphate 229 , Kindly suggest me is this ALT and GGT is much higher or it s slightly higher and what should be the preventions. Kindly assist me.Regards,Ali Raza

Both the alkaline phosphatase and GGT very high. There are different possible causes such as infection of the liver, trauma, alcohol use, blockage of the bile ducts, side effect of medication.
If you have a history of alcohol use, this should be discontinued.

An ultrasound of the liver may be needed to take a look at it.

If it is thought to be related to your medications, then these would need to be altered.
