What Treatment Is Recommended For This Result From Blood Test While Having Chronic Diarrhea?

I am 43 yo female who woke with bruising on my back from bra line to mid-lower back. The bruising spans the width of my back. No injury. No pain other than discomfort that I normally experience at the end of the day associated with MCTD. I do not have blood pressure issues but do take amlodipine for Raynaud s; and plaquenil, low dose steroids, and methotrexate injection for MCTD. No new medicine but methotrexate dose was increased from .8ml to1.0ml 2 weeks ago. I did have hysterectomy 10 weeks ago w/out complication because of an overgrown uterus and heavy bleeding causing anemia. I last saw my rheumatologist 2 weeks ago for blood work which was stable except slightly elevated ANA and Sjorgens antibodies. I do sleep with heating pad, and have done so for 7 years. No prior episode of unexplained bruising. I also had a complete GI work-up 5 years ago to rule out celiac disease and chron s. Chronic diarrhea and abdominal pain was attributed to autoimmune disease. my question is 1) do I need to see doctor, 2) is it urgent and 3) which doctor?
