General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your proper history about CT scan finding of 1. Deviated nasal septum towards right side. 2.mild mucosa thickening right maxillary sinus s/o sinusitis. 3. B/l inferior turbinate hypertrophy.4.left middle concha bullish.
Surely yes the treatment is medical management for at least 3 weeks.
I would advise you the following:
Consult your Doctor again and discuss the following with Him/Her.
Antihistamine.
Oral steroids.
Topical steroids in the form of spray.
Antibiotic for 7 days.
Anti-inflammatory like Serratiopeptidase.
Multivitamins, mineral and trace elements.
Get the tests of blood tests for CBC, absolute eosinophil count, blood sugar, IgE for allergy and whatever more is advised by your Doctor.
Repeat CT scan after 3 weeks of treatment.
Most of the times all the problems will be settled well.
Avoid allergens that instigate or enhance your problems.
If there is any remaining findings then only surgery can help out as this is not affected by a proper and full medicinal management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
