What Treatment Is Required To Treat Rashes While Suffering From Sinus Tachycardia And Arrhythmia?

I am 56, exercise everyday, eat well, non smoker non drinker married 30 years. I have a heart arrythmia and LBBB. I had a cardiac cash done 5 years ago to correct WPW, then I developed LBBB and a worse arrythmia Innapropriate sinus tachycardia. I have had 4 family deaths in 3 years, my son and husband were both in near fatal car accidents last year. I was having symptoms of MS last year and underwent tests for 10 months. A brain MRI showed scattered lesions in the white matter, but the lumber puncture was negative. I feel like a tuning fork is inside my body especially when I wake up in the morning and am laying in bed. I have pain in my left neck and have had a rash on my upper shoulders and neck for 7 months. It doesn t itch just looks blotchy. I have chronic low vitamin D. Primary care doc and cardiologist a baffled. Any ideas?
