What Treatment Is Suggested For Burn On Hand With Cigarette For Diabetic Patient ?

Hi,I burn my right hand arm with cigarette. I am useing Silverex ionic 0.2% ointment and taking Cetil 500 1 Tab twice a day after lunch & Dinner. I have a diabeties, Fasting around 180 & PP is around 280 taking Glimulin 4mg & X-Met SR 1000 both taking 1 Tab daily. So, My question is "Am I taking the right medicine as already 3 weeks gone it is not healing properly? What Should I do?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You are a diabetic, and you had the burn of the cigarette, since 3 weeks. In spite of your diabetic treatment your sugar levels are high, and the ulcer is raw.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for controle of the suger level, and cure of the ulcer. ulcer should be cured in 4 days, other wise you have to get the culture and sensitivity done and get the treatment accordingly.
To get the sugar levels under controle, you may have to increase the dose of the drugs, or change the drug.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts,and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
