What Treatment Is Suggested For Fungal Infection In The Groin Area?

Hello,

I have fungal infection on my groin area. I have been using Travacort cream, and the infection subsides. However, the problem is that the existence of black patchy skin on the area sours the sight. Is there a way to remedy the situation? Thank you.

Hi,
Apply anti-fungal cream only and avoid using steroid cream.
Gofor one course of oral anti-fungal medicine like Fluconazole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
Ok and take care.
