What Treatment Is Suggested For Irregular Periods ?
hi doctor,my sister is getting delayed periods for every 6 months.last time she has taken 3 mensovit capsule and and had 2kgs of pappaya as well and she had periods without any side effects 6months ago......now the same problem ..again she taken 4 capsule but no perods till now she has delyed for more than 10 days now... so what is reason please help us

Irregular periods can be due to hormonal imbalance,general weakness, certain debilitating illnesses-So for pin pointing the cause she needs,
- Through physical check up by Gynecologist.
- Complete blood count.
- hormonal assay
- thyroid function tests.
- pelvic ultrasound scan,
- serrological investigations to rule out possible illnesses causing general
debility,
Treatment of the causative factor & cyclical hormonal treatment for 3 months, Treatment of ovulation defects ,hormone replacements whatever is applicable.
