What Treatment Is Suggested For Itchiness & Skin Hardening Before Menstruation?

Sir/Madam, I am 40, female. I have pefectly regular periods. I used to have acne/pimples just one week before my periods and it lasts for a week. But for the last three months, I have pimples regularly. This time it is different, it is itchy, with white colour puss like , painful, skin becomes thick too. Though my doctors gave different treatment like propysalic NF, Clindamycin, some tablets, nothing seems to work. I need your help.

Hi,

As per your query, you have the presence of sore skin pimples during menstruation cycle which is mainly because of hormonal changes in your body which are leading to these imbalances. You should get your hormone levels monitored. I would suggest you to start with topical application of Saslic DS which is face wash you should use regularly and gel containing clindamycin in the morning and benzoyl peroxide at night time. You should visit dermatologist once and get yourself examined. Drink plenty of water. Use medicated sunscreen such as Tancare rich in SPF 30. Don't use any cosmetics containing many chemicals. Avoid the use of topical steroids. Use azaleic acid cream based cream at night time as well.
