What Treatment Is Suggested For Loss Of Hearing?

I am 56.Left ear operated due to mustoid abcess in 1987 & right ear due to mustoid abcess in 1988. Head operated in 1987 due to cerebellar abcess. I had ear abcess since 10 yrs. I lived with it till 1987.

I am having hearing loss. Using a hearing aid since 3 years(left ear) but not 100% perfect in hearing.

Please help whether any natural remedy is there.
