What Treatment Is Suggested For Lymph Nodes

My 2 year old daughter has swollen lymph nodes all over since December. They are not large, the move, and are pretty squishy. She has only been sick 3 times (currently is sick now since Sunday). We are actually scheduled to see a pediatric Hematologist this Tuesday (as recommended from Pediatrician). Tonight, while snuggling, I found a small (a little smaller than grape), but palpable in the middle of her chest just below the rib cage. All of her bloodwork was normal. Should I be concerned about this new lump? I have to be honest the location freaks me out.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi dear. Thanks for writing me on HCM.
I would like to know if she has an enlarged spleen or liver along with lymph nodes.Only if her lymph nodes are enlarged these can be due to infection or initial stages of cancer.I were to do bone marrow biopsy to rule out the same.Do panic till the diagnosis is made doing relevant tests. She shall do well.Hope this clarifies your query.
