Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding numb and sore throat with dry tongue which compell to awake at night and you always feel sleepy in the day.

By your clinical history it is evdent that most likely you are suffering from snouring with sleep apnoea. This is responsible for your all above mentioned symptoms, and this is supposed a medical emergency because of apnoea and sleepiness in the day. You are a smoker and also enjoi the drinking which is again an unfavourable for you.

My advice is to please consult your ENT doctor for examination and investigations specially sleep study to plan for treatment.

Regards.
