What Treatment Is Suggested For Pain On Both The Testicles?

Hi I am getting pain in my right testcle and some times in my left 1 too and I get it when I sit up or down and alos when I walk,run and it is mild when I sit or when I am lieing down I have been having this pain since two weeks ,and my scrotum is loose and there is no lump and no none of them is higher the 1 another

Hello
Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have pain in both the testicles .

This could be either due to mild Varicocele or inflammation of spermatic cord (Funicullitis)

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examinationand get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Ultrasound scanning of Scrotum
2) Colour Doppler study of scrotum.

In the mean while take pain killer like Diclofenac twice daily.

Further treatment will depend upon the results of these tests and final diagnosis .
