Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Presence of pus cells and epithelial cells for your partner in her urine or vaginal secretion?
Mere presence of these cells have no clinical importance. If it is more than 5 in numbers then you have to bother. Otherwise you can ignore the same.

Blisters in foreskin and recurrence indicates more towards the presence of Genital Herpes. Routine investigations for STD, Herpes might not have been included normally. Only on specific requisition only test for Herpes is being carried out.
Present with the blisters to your physician, he will guide you for further investigation and treatment.
