Hi actually surgery is the best treatment and permanent treatment treatment for haemmoroids.as the patient is 80 yrs old surgery should be avoided.
As far as medical treatment is conserned we can use calcium dobisilate 500 mg daily once .pilet powder mixed with water and one sachet is taken daily for 5-7 days and application of sucral t ointment or calcium dobisilate ointment can cure it
