under my belly i get very sore and it gets very smelly to what can it be please help im 47 yrs old please help me

Thanks for query.
You might have some fungal infection and due to weak air entry remains wet giving rise to this problem.
Due to itching there is sore part.
Keep proper hygiene,apply antifungal powder and keep part dry and well ventilated.
Take anti histamine if itching is there.
If you are over weight,reduce fat from belly.
