What Treatment Options Can Help My Wife After Her Thymectomy And Worsening Symptoms Post-radiation?

Sir, My wife underwent thymectomy on oct 25th. Non malignant. Arthroscopically removed. Advised radiation as a safety measure. She was fine with one or two 15 mg neostigmine. But after 4 radiation. she started having slurred speech, folloed by chest muscle pain,. She was asked to take gravitor 30mg two times first and then increased to60 mg 3 times and 180 mg as the 4th as on date. Her condition is only getting worse. Radiation was discontinued after 7th exposure..Is there any treatment you can suggest including medication or steroid.
