Hello there,
intake of antihistamines(cetrizine,levo-cetrizine atarax) can reduce the itching sensation.Using moisturisers containg liquid paraffin, aloevera can givie soothing effect and also reduce dryness.Kindly avoid soap.Medicated creams containing steroids, retinoids should be used only when prescribed by dermatologist.
