u should avoid stress ,smoking ,alcohol .
eat more fruits ,green veg and legumes
it may be heredity
u need to consult dermatologist and take some medicine
monoxidil give very good result
but u have to apply for very long time
keep ur hair clean and clear
avoid sunexposure ,pollution ,wind.
