I have these weried things on the ends of my hair and there making my hair fall out been 2 yrs and w/it now I m completely bald on top of my head what do I do???

Go to a qualified dermatologist, who will diagnose and treat your hair loss.
It could be a fungal infection ,or androgenetic alopecia or other cuases.
Earlier you start the tretment better will be the outcome.
